*BHRP : Ceiling type high efficiency heat recovery unit MATERIAL
Carrier frame is manufactured 1,00 mm thick galvanized steel sheet and inside of the device is insulated with 9,00 mm acoustic insulation. Self- motorized, quiet, single-pased (220V), imported speed controllable EC fans are used.EC plug fans are used in BHRP series high efficieny heat recovery units with 500 m³/h - 750 m³/h - 1000 m³/h - 1500 m³/h flow rates. In our BHRP series, heat exchangers with %80-85 efficieny, are used.
USAGE
BSK ceiling type heat recovery units provide energy saving as well as high quality inside air. Heat recovering ventilation systems regain the heat energy, which is lost during ventilation process, by executing heat transfer between fresh air and exhaust air. The aliminium plate heat exchangers used in this system have high performance and also high heat conductivity, therefore the product provides an efficient heat transfer between warm and cold air flows. Besides saving energy, it also provides fresh air to places which should have high-intensity air exhaust such as offices, banks, hotels, houses, movie theaters, hospitals, all-purpose halls, fair-exhibition grounds etc.
4 standart models are manufactured between 500 m³/h – 1500 m³/h air flow rates. The manufactured models have such designs that they are easy to assemble and maintenance, and also they can be put between suspended ceiling.
When outside air temperature in mornings and evenings is close to interior temperature (in spring and autmn months), because there won’t be significant heat transfer between fresh and exhaust air, plate type heat exchanger can be bypassed in order to remove the pressure loss from exchanger and s oto use the fresh fan more efficiently. There is a slot for bypass damper inside the section.
